Geoff McBride (he/him) is an actor, writer, director, and theatre creator who makes his home in the Unceded Anishinaabe Territory of Ottawa. It was never his intention to be a Shakespearean actor, but a series of happy accidents took him to the Stratford Festival in the early 90s where he apprenticed and appeared in three seasons with the Young Company and on the Mainstage. When Geoff returned to Ottawa he began working with a Company of Fools, he has been a Fool for over ten years and has appeared in bunch of the bard’s Greatest Hits (Antony and Cleopatra, Romeo + Juliet, and a Midsummer Night’s Dream) he also directed a production of Henry V for the company.
